CEBU CITY — Cebu-based personality Jude Bacalso is facing multiple raps following a viral incident where she allegedly forced a waiter to stand for nearly two hours after the latter addressed her as “sir.”
On Wednesday, the Cebu City Prosecutor’s Office formally received complaints of unjust vexation, grave scandal, grave coercion, grave threats and slight illegal detention against Bacalso.

This includes unjust vexation, grave scandal, grave threats, grave coercion, and slight illegal detention.
Complaints were submitted by the waiter, through his legal counsel Atty. Ron-Ivan Gingoyon, at the Cebu City Prosecutor’s Office on August 28.
The lawyer asked not to name his client.
Gingoyon added that they also have a labor case against Ulli’s, the restaurant where the incident took place.

WAITER STILL TRAUMATIZED 💔😭
The lawyer further revealed that his client was traumatized by what he experienced from Bacalso.
“As of now, the victim is still traumatized but is trying to co-exist with society,” said Gingoyon, Manila Standard reported on August 29.
We’re also helping him but the effect to his mental health was significant.”
The lawyer added that Bacalso made no effort to settle the issue with his client.
